Terms

If you use the Girisanchar Community service you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions ('Terms of Use').

  1. Contribute to this site as much as you can by blogs, photos, events etc etc...
  2. Must login to your account once in a 60 days to avoid marking as inactive account.
  3. You must login once in 9 Months to avoid Account Termination
  4. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your screen name.
  5. You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
  6. Remember this is your own home site. Please be gentle to all other members of this site. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other Girisanchar Community users.
  7. Insulting another member either via the PM system or through site is not acceptable under any circumstance. If a member if leeching, scamming, or flaming, report the problem to Administrators.
  8. You should not make Girisanchar site as a medium for harassing any person.
  9. No Scamming : Scamming other members out of any items or money, real or virtual, is strictly prohibited. Any member caught scamming will be permanently banned.
  10. No Vulgur, Porn Posts : Members should not post any vulgar, pornographic or adult contents in the site.
  11. If such activity listed from 6-10 is found then will result in a ban, without any notification.
  12. You may not use the Girisanchar Community service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  13. You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, screen names, graphics, photos, profiles, audio and video clips, links ('Content') that you submit, post, and display on the Girisanchar Community service.
  14. Girisanchar Community is intended for personal use, not a business solution.
  15. You must not modify, adapt or hack Girisanchar Community or modify another website so as to falsely imply that it is associated with Girisanchar Community.
  16. You must not create or submit unwanted email or advertisements to Girisanchar Community or any of its members ('Spam').
  17. You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
  18. You must not, in the use of Girisanchar Community, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
  19. Any loss of, or damage to, data is not the responsibility of Girisanchar Community or Admins or the developer of the site, Satheesh PM.
  20. Mass mailing request from any members will be accepted only if there is a valid reason for that.
  21. You must add the following email ids to your address book so as to avoid mass mails redirecting to your spam folder. admin@girisanchar.com, admin@anushaktinagar.net.

Personal Messaging (PM) : The members are allowed to send personal messages to others, depending on some conditions.

  1. Members should not send vulgar, pornographic or adult contents to any other members.
  2. One should not harm the self respect of the other by any means.
  3. One should not send threatening messages other members for any mean
  4. If the above laws are violated in PM then the person will be banned from the ANN Site and the IP Address of the person will be handed over to the Cyber Cell (If proper complaint is there).
  5. If any members are getting PMs of above kind please free to report the content to Admins.

Violation of any of these agreements will result in the termination of your Girisanchar Community account. While Girisanchar Community prohibits such conduct and content on its site, you understand and agree that Girisanchar Community and Admins/Developer (Satheesh PM) cannot be responsible for the Content posted on its web site. If such contents found on the site anyone can report that to Admins of this site through the Report This link in side bar.
